The paper argues that the so called anticipatory research (including foresight activities) is a key element of the development of the modern science and society. The nature of the foresight approach is considered as an instrument for creation of visions and scenarios of future development of various socio-economic to the problems R&amp;D fields, highlighting the involvement of different participators in the process, and the impact of this kind of research on the formation of relevant to the problems effective policy decisions. The paper discusses the role of anticipatory research considering the transformations in the social functions of science in the modern \u201cknowledge society\u201c. The evolution of European research policy is traced out, directed to elaboration of more and larger scale policies and initiatives for funding and fostering project, related to foresight and strategic research, especially in networks building. The Bulgarian experience of participation in such European projects and initiatives has been studied, indicating the main results of this enterprise. Abstract<\/strong>. The objectives of the current research are: to clarify the status of people with disabilities, to outline the important problems for themselves and for the Bulgarian society, to deny the old strategies and to offer new programs and operational models for complex rehabilitation of the population with disabilities in the Republic of Bulgaria. Intuitive and logical interdisciplinary methodology is applied in this study. The present article discusses current views on the structure of the family institution and in particular on the divorce as prevalent in recent years. The article presents studies of different authors with a similar theme. The exhibition met with empirical research conducted on the topic during the months of April- May 2011. The subject of the discussion is the sum of 149 respondents with a questionnaire of R. Goodman, 20 persons tested with the test, \u201cWho am I?\u201c \u0430nd 74 children studied drawing test \u201cMy family\u201c. The conclusions drawn are the most important psychological implications for practice, the deficits and the prospect of future research horizons. An attempt is made to derive guidelines for parents about how to educate children, so that could they grow confident.
