Therefore, their systematization should be based on principles which are valid in the field of dialogical interaction. On this ground come in the suggested discursive-pragmatic approach to the potential responses and the re\ufb02 ections on the verbal reaction of the addressee, outlining it as an attempted effect (a product of a certain intent, an illocutionary or perlocutionary response) and\/or an independent impulse (loading a new intention).&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. Donka Mangacheva, Assoc. In this sense this paper presents a matrix of a new modern textbook, written in accordance with modern requirements, European standards and new technologies, for C1\/ C2 level, according to the European Language Framework. Teaching foreign languages to primary school pupils is a challenge because small children are more motivated than older students at secondary schools. Some years ago, the Bulgarian Ministry of Education decided that it is a necessity for young learners to begin studying foreign languages at an early age. There have been recent debates in the Bulgarian Parliament that children should start their school education at the age of four, a practice existing in many European countries. But does it turn out to be effective enough or it is more of a burden rather than a necessity? The paper deals with some interesting aspects as well as some tendencies in this type of education ensuing from the changes of the present times. The article focuses on the tight connection between Contrastive Teaching and Comparative Teaching methodologies which complement each other and on the implications stemming from this relationship for language awareness enhancement.
