financial management\u00a0of secondary education is one of the major changes concerning the Bulgarian\u00a0education. The article analyzes the economic theories, on the basis of which the\u00a0principles of financing the Bulgarian education are developed. With the introduction\u00a0of the delegated budget system in 2008, the reform aims to transfer resources,\u00a0decision-making rights and responsibilities to deliver services to lower levels of\u00a0public governance. Decentralized financial management affirms and extends the\u00a0financial and economic autonomy of the school as an important prerequisite for\u00a0improving the quality of education in ILLUSIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract.<\/strong> The paper applies the biographical method to explore the concept\u00a0of chimerical groups at school as a type of potentially criminogenic gangs. To this\u00a0purpose, the concepts biographical illusio and biographical illusion as introduced\u00a0by French sociologist Pierre Bourdieu are employed and the process of their loss is\u00a0delineated. The problem of \u201cdeviant norm\u201d is indirectly related to the one of human\u00a0identity inasmuch as a deviant personality implies social repudiation due to lack of\u00a0adaptability. In the context of Bourdieu\u2019s ideas, deviant behaviour is not associated\u00a0with loss of identity, but rather with attribution of identity. With the very act of its\u00a0naming, the negative identity of the chimerical group at school predetermines the\u00a0lot of these students.
