Abstract.<\/strong> The article focuses on ethnopsychopedagogical research that shed light\u00a0on some psychological-anthropological and socio-reflexive prerequisites for ethnopsychological\u00a0interaction in intercultural educational environment. Abstract.<\/strong> Issues related to the diagnosis and the formation of organizational\u00a0culture are discussed in the management theory and practice, as organizational\u00a0culture is seen as one of the determining competitive advantages of the organization.\u00a0The management of educational institutions increasingly pays attention to the\u00a0need to change the present culture, which has a positive effect on the staff and\u00a0helps to improve the quality of the educational process and the popularity of the\u00a0educational institution. In order to measure and establish the type of organizational\u00a0culture in the school, standardized methodologies are needed and there are currently\u00a0no data for their existence in Bulgaria. The essence of organizational culture in\u00a0schools is very specific in comparison to the private sector, and this is an obstacle to\u00a0the use of ready-made and standardized methodologies for companies, enterprises\u00a0or other organizational structures. Abstract.<\/strong> This paper discusses preparation for disaster response in the\u00a0context of state education strategies. A functional analysis has been made of the\u00a0administrative units that are directly involved in the handling of emergencies, the\u00a0structures that have to provide quality education and training have been shown.\u00a0Described are the responsible institutions and training centers that provide the\u00a0theoretical and practical training of the different social categories. Presented are the\u00a0results of an empirical study of the Bulgarian Red Cross, which assesses the quality\u00a0of training of employees in local authorities and citizens. Proposal for creating a\u00a0new organizational and methodological model for allocation of responsibilities and\u00a0obligations in ensuring the training of the population is made.<\/p>\n

The condition of the attention of children with special educational\u00a0needs (SEN) has an extremely significant place in the formation of their cognitive\u00a0and emotional-volitional sphere. The attention influences all their activity and\u00a0the efficiency of the teaching process. In this context, the article directs to the\u00a0necessity of the improvement of both theoretical and practically-oriented education\u00a0of the students. They must be competent enough to be able to create an adequate\u00a0organization of the learning process that could support the development of the\u00a0attention and its different features. It is important for the future teacher not only\u00a0to know the peculiarities of the attention of small students with SEN but also to\u00a0use effective methods for attention\u2019s diagnostics, for increasing the degree and\u00a0improvement of its features as well as techniques for its activation, support,\u00a0management and development.<\/p>\n
