focused\u00a0 on\u00a0 supporting\u00a0young people who have left social institutes for children without parents, family-type accommodation centres and foster families in Bulgaria. One of the biggest risks\u00a0for these youngsters comes from the lack of basic social and professional skills,\u00a0education, supporting environment. For the youngsters, these de\ufb01ciencies make their\u00a0independent life very difficult and often the result is emotional depression, criminal\u00a0behaviour and social exclusion. The opportunities that non-formal education offers\u00a0for the development and realization of the personal potential of these young people\u00a0are very important. Part of the typical forms of non-formal education and learning\u00a0in social service \u201eobserved housing\u201d are: continuing education \u2013 for secondary\u00a0or primary school graduates, there is a possibility of regular, evening, individual\u00a0form; professional and educational courses \u2013 related to professional and educational\u00a0preparation depending on the individual pro\ufb01le; programs and training \u2013 individual\u00a0or group oriented towards different social skills. This article describes some of the\u00a0typical practices in the \ufb01eld of non-formal learning and education in social services\u00a0\u201cobserved housing\u201d and especially in \u201cObserved housing together\u201d. communication competences on\u00a0patients\u2018 clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction has been widely acknowledged.\u00a0EU educational policies on the verbal communication of future doctors are\u00a0discussed as a system of educational objectives and tools, which have an in-fluence on language and communication skills training. Enhancing the verbal\u00a0communication skills of students in medicine has a signi\ufb01cant impact on their future\u00a0professional competencies and careers.
