Content, Functional and Technological Features of the Development of Civic Skills for Students from Bulgarian Schools Abroad

Abstract. The article discusses issues related to developing the civic competence of students from Bulgarian schools abroad. An analysis is made of current curricula and the key competencies embedded in them. A comparative analysis of these programs with Italian normative documents related to the development of civic culture is also offered. A variety of digital learning content is being argued as an effective resource for civic skill formation.
